mugrat_

music genre recognition by analysis of texture_

mugrat is a system for automatic recognition of music genres_
it does this by analysing the content of the sound_
and does not rely on any kind of textual meta-data_

i am writing mugrat as part of my diploma thesis
at the advanced technical college at hagenberg
it will be released here as free software
as soon as i have had the time to clean up the code somewhat_
